The breakfast spread was very tasty with all excellently cooked to taste and the best products. I had neat superior queen room with coffee, the personal touch, for example. This location was marvellous and unbeatable, adjacent to Peebles on the Wed and Thu night, Kelso for New Years and centre of town.

Hotel's breakfast is tasty with the best products sourced locally where possible and all excellently cooked to taste, as for instance. The location is excellent and good, just a short walk away from Kelso Racecourse.

We had a wonderful stay at Bellevue Guest House. The warm reception and shared local knowledge made us feel right at home. The room was clean and comfortable, and we loved the charming bed knobs and broomsticks bed. The selection of teas and biscuits in the room was a nice touch. we highly recommend this gem of a guesthouse for a short stay.

Good old hotel located very close to Kelso for New Years and bars, shops and restaurants. Huge & nicely furnished room with separate tables. Excellent and lovely location for our visit to a 12th - century abbey around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.
